About

Highly Sensitive Superpower (HSS) is the digital Greenhouse for high-achieving HSP women ready to trade the exhausting “High Achiever” mask for a quiet, profitable online business. You have probably spent years trying to survive in environments that weren’t built for your nervous system, masking your sensitivity and pushing past your biological limits until the burnout became impossible to ignore. You know the “sting of shame” that comes when you can’t keep up with the hustle, and the “paralysis” of wanting everything to be perfect before you even begin.

This isn’t just a newsletter, it’s a laboratory for messy actions.

Why an Online Business is the HSP “Greenhouse”

For us highly sensitive women, an online business is the only career path that functions as a Greenhouse. It is a controlled environment where we finally have total control over our energy.

I believe starting and growing an online business is the most sustainable way to protect our nervous system because it allows us to architect:

  • The Climate: We decide when we are “on” and when we need the quiet of a low-stimulation morning.

  • The Soil: We build systems that honor our deep processing rather than fighting against it.

  • The Growth: We enter the Confidence-Competence Loop through small, messy actions that lead to financial freedom.

Furthermore, in this Greenhouse, our intuition becomes your risk management, and our empathy becomes our most powerful marketing tool.

The 4 Pillars of Your Business

To build a business that protects our energy while allowing us to grow, we cannot just focus on strategy. A thriving HSP business rests on four interconnected pillars, which we explore weekly in the newsletter:

1. Nervous System Regulation: We need to establish safety first. This goes beyond just “feeling calm.” It’s about knowing how to bring our body back to center when things get intense. It ensures that a normal business challenge (like a launch or a tricky email) doesn’t send us into a fight-or-flight spiral that derails our entire day, or worst, week!

2. Energy Management: Our energy is our most precious resource, and it is very finite. Before we add more tasks to our to-do list, we have to stop the overwhelm. We firstly focus on closing the mental “open tabs” that drain us.

3. Sustainable Systems: These are the business routines that make things easy. We replace constant decision fatigue with simple workflows that we don’t have to reinvent every day. They allow our business to keep running smoothly even on our lower-energy days.

4. The HSP Mindset: Mindset is how we interpret the road ahead. When our nervous system feels safe, our perspective shifts. We stop seeing every obstacle as proof that we aren’t cut out for this, and start seeing them simply as data.

About Me

I am a Business Strategist with a PhD in History. My academic background taught me that nothing could be presented unless it was flawless.

I’m a recovering perfectionist who finally found her flow by “lowering the stakes.” I still cannot function without a clean desk and a large mug of green tea, but I’ve traded the “flawless” mask for something much better: the freedom to be “really quite bad” at something until I become great at it.

I am also a gardener! 👩🏻‍🌾 I discovered a sense of flow and peace while tending to my plants. I truly enjoy nurturing them and observing their growth.

The metaphor of a greenhouse for the business comes from this passion of mine. To me, a greenhouse is a symbol of protection and intentional growth.
And I want to tell you a secret: a physical greenhouse is currently on my Action Board (it’s the term neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart uses in her book “The Sourceto indicate a Vision Board).

Let’s Build Your Greenhouse Together!

You don’t need to “toughen up” to be a successful entrepreneur.

You just need better systems that allow you to step onto the Confidence-Competence Loop through small aligned actions.

I’m so glad you’re here! 😊

See you in your inbox soon! 💌

With love,

Cristina
